Rutherford Capital Markets provides a comprehensive broking and corporate finance service to corporate clients. We pride ourselves on being able to offer our corporate clients a 'no nonsense' approach to Corporate Broking and Corporate Finance.

Corporate Broking

Our staff and directors have extensive experience of acting as a broker to companies. We provide the link between the corporate finance department’s services and the stock market. We will also be responsible for assisting in the acquisition and disposal of the shares in the client company as well as assisting and advising on secondary fund raisings, presentations and investor relations. Our fund raising parameters are anything between £500,000 and £100 million.  

We provide the following services to our clients:

Pre - IPO fundraisings of between £100,000 - £1million.
IPO fund raisings of between £500,000 - £100million.
Advice and support for institutional presentations.

Corporate Finance

Rutherford Capital Markets has an experienced team of corporate financiers who specialise in Pre-IPO and flotations on AIM and Plus Markets. We are able to advise on:

Mergers and Acquisitions
Secondary placings
MBO’s and MBI’s
Institutional sales with access to specialist investment funds.
Debt raising
Capital restructuring

We are able to raise capital from a range of sources including our own institutional and private client base where appropriate. In addition we will source external funds and brokers in order to raise the necessary capital.
