Peter has extensive experience of PLC governance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate start–ups. He has set up and floated a construction and FM company on AIM following which he established from cold a stockbrokers, selling his shares in 2007. Peter is also a non-executive director of a Close Brothers property fund, which has some £140m under management.

Pat has gained 36 years experience in the Financial Service Industry at various Stockbrokers and Banks within the City and West End. He helped establish Worldwide Settlements where he was International Director responsible for settlement in 43 international and UK markets. Pat has considerable experience in international clearing, settlements and custody.
